Guitar playing culminated in the “shred era” which uncovered and applied a large amount of music theory. Sadly, a lot of this was lost in the “grunge era.” In the post-grunge era, guitar playing is coming back into vogue and we want to give players the tools they need to fully express themselves.
 
The Good Guitar Method is not the re-birth of shred, it’s simply different ideas that can spur creativity. Use these tutorials to learn theory for the first time or add new dimensions to your playing.
